Terms of Use of iZAAR GmbH
§1. General Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms of Use):
By submitting a posting or registering with iZAAR (iZAAR.de and www.izaar.com), the user affirms that they have read and accept the Terms of Use stated here. The acceptance of the Terms of Use is confirmed during either the registration process or in the submission of a post by a non-registered user. Services provided by iZAAR may only be utilized by persons older than 16.
iZAAR GmbH retains the right to change these Terms of Use at any time and without justification of reason. The altered terms will be made known to the user through the Internet site, iZAAR, and must be confirmed through an action of the user.
Users who find themselves in conflict with these general Terms of Use should cease use of the site immediately.
§2 Eligibility
The General Terms of Use remain valid for the duration of the contract between iZAAR and user, even if during the use of individual offers, the Gernal Terms of Use are not referred to again.
The user assures iZAAR that they are at least 16 years of age.
iZAAR is entitled to examine personal information of the user on the basis of suitable official papers and to delete the user's account if it was submitted using false personal data.
The user has entered the contract as soon as they register as an iZAAR user, or successfully post to the site.
Der Vertrag ist geschlossen, sobald sich der Nutzer bei iZAAR angemeldet, oder erfolgreich eine Anzeige eingestellt hat. The possibility to terminate exists on the page of registration, or for the unregistered user, through the expiration of the posting. The contract is considered in effect only when all disputes have been successfully settled.
All user data will be deleted following termination of the contract.
§ 3 Costs
At the time, all services of iZAAR GmbH i. G are without cost. Exceptions include the placement of online advertisements , banners, etc. A separate set of guidelines apply to these services.
§ 4 Use of the Service
Postings, news, and events will be classified under the category chosen by the user and will be made available to the common public. Furthermore, within the default categories , postings will be arranged in a purposeful order, as presupposed by the user.
Personal user data, as well as iZAAR-processed messages between users, all lie under our policy of data protection (see our Privacy Policy). The action of releasing personal information to the public, such as E-mail addresses, other address data, or telephone numbers, through public access on the site is done at the user's own risk.
All public data may not violate any laws or our policies against forbidden content, also including dishonest or misleading acts and infringing upon the rights of a third party. Neither iZAAR nor its users may act contrary to these principles. It is forbidden to maliciously place stress or loads on our infrastructure or to disturb it functionally. The collection of information about users or copying contents is forbidden without the knowledge and consent of the respective users.
If the above-mentioned offences occur on iZAAR pages, our reporting service (report@izaar.de) should be informed immediately, in order to remove the questionable contents and limit or expel offending users. For demonstrable misuse of iZAAR's offerings, iZAAR GmbH can and will take legal action against the offending user. For third parties, iZAAR offers no guarantee for published information, in particular if this information in is violation of our Terms of Use.
iZAAR GmbH reserves the right to change, supplement, or delete specific parts of the site or entire offerings without prior notification.
§ 5 Liability
Information on all iZAAR pages has been posted by users who have accepted the Terms of Use.
iZAAR accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, quality, security, and legality of this offered information.
Liability claims against iZAAR GmbH that refer to damage of a material or imaginary kind caused by the use or misuse of offered information or through the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are inherently impossible, so long as there is no deliberate or indecent negligence on the part of iZAAR GmbH.
iZAAR assumes no responsibility for the content of linked external internet sites. Links to other internet sites can be found on the website, www.iZAAR.de, as well as its corresponding subdomains. We emphasise in particular that iZAAR has no influence on the design, construction, and contents of these linked sites. iZAAR therefore offers no guarantee for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of this information made available through our site, and particularly distance ourselves from the content of these sites. This statement applies for all links found on iZAAR that lead to external sites, and to all contents of the sites that these links lead to.
iZAAR strives to ensure constant, orderly, and normal service. The continuous use and/or accessibility of the service cannot , however, be guaranteed.
§ 6 Inclusion of Third Parties
The service-provider is authorized to engage third parties with the tasks of rendering services or undertaking business activities.
§ 7 Preservation Clause
If a clause of the contract or the General Terms of Use should be ineffective or should the contract be incomplete, then the remaining clauses of the contract or the General Terms of Use remain valid and unaffected. The same applies to any contractual loopholes. The ineffective regulation is validated through the replacement of a regulation, which arises from the next most economical meaning and purpose of the ineffective regulation in a legally effective way.
§ 8 Court of Jurisdiction and applicable Law
Applicable court of jurisdiction is Magdeburg.The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

§ 1 General
iZAAR collects personal Data in order to render services to our users as well as prevent illegal use and be able to take action against perpetrators. Data security is subject to German and European law.
iZAAR GmbH reserves the right to change their Data Security Policy at any time and without justification or naming of reason. The altered terms will be made known to the user through the Internet site, iZAAR, and must be confirmed through an action of the user. In the case of a takeover or merger the collected data will be at the disposal of the new partner.
Users who are in conflict with these General Terms and Conditions of Use should cease use of the site as these terms are absolute.
§ 2 Type of data
Data is ascertained from different places in the sites www.iZAAR.de and www.iZAAR.com. This data includes:
· Names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, E-mail addresses and possibly financial data as well
· Data is collected in order to tabulate statistics regarding usage patterns. To this end, cookies will be installed on the computers of site users. The disabling of cookies by the user can result in restrictions of the user. Cookies contain no personal data, instead they only help maintain the services that i facilitate
· Additional data such as IP address and other internet data will be similarly secured.
§ 3 Use of Data
The collected data will be utilized toward the following purposes:
· To furnish services to the user.
· To punish abuse and illegal use.
· To provide statistics regarding voluntary use of our service and use behaviour.
· To regulate (financial) transactions
· To put personal information at the disposal of the user.
Public access to user data may not be used to collect data about other users and then either pass this data on to third parties or use it to harass users (i.e. Spam).
§ 4 Deletion of data
All data collected on iZAAR will be deleted at the end of the contract, so long as no legal storage obligations exist or if these have elapsed. Until then, personal data can be viewed and changed on iZAAR through entry of the username and password.
§ 5 Security
iZAAR GmbH takes various technical and administrative precautions in order to protect all personal user data against unauthorized access or unwanted loss of data.
